First, I offer my congratulations on the days of the blessed month of Ramadan and on the birth anniversary of Imam al-Mujtaba (AS), which we marked a few days ago, and in particular I offer my condolences on the martyrdom of the eminent marja', His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Khamenei, and on the innocent children who were martyred this week in the city of Minab and in other cities and in neighbourhood schools, and on the oppressed people who fell in dust and blood in this unjust imposed war, which began last Saturday and changed the atmosphere of the country.
